In the heart of the Périgord Noir, the richest region of the Dordogne, where all the sites of prehistory, medieval castles, the most beautiful bastides such as Monpazier, the most famous abbeys such as Cadouin, stage of the pilgrimage of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle, you will easily find the DOMAINE DES FARGUETTES, to the west of Sarlat, to the south of Périgueux, and to the east of Bergerac, the three towns which delimit the golden triangle of the Dordogne.
 

The site is in the middle of an area of almost 15 hectares surrounded by woods and meadows where you will have the chance to rub shoulders with deer, hear the slab of the deer, the pecking of the green woodpecker when you wake up; see among others hoopoe, robin, jay, scops owl…
No immediate neighborhood, no noise or visual nuisance.
A path of white limestone first crosses a forest of chestnut trees and oaks teeming with delicious mushrooms, then opens onto a landscape of rolling meadows, cedars, lime trees, plane trees and cypresses.
L'Oragée cottage, its swimming pool and its dovecote, are in a dominant position, facing the DORDOGNE with an unobstructed view of nearly 10 kilometers where you will see the neighboring villages of Audrix, Siorac, Coux, Limeuil and Mouzens...
